The team at New Choice has been developing and providing volunteer and exchange programs in the
Mongoliasince 2004. New Choice is Mongolian registered non governmental and non profit organization.
We
source all our employees locally and have built up a great team who
work with us on both a full-time and seasonal basis. We have tried to
focus our attention on project areas within
Mongoliaand have built up sustainable relationships with the
communities and environment in those areas. Our combined language
skills cover English, Mongolian, Russian, Japanese and German. The team
are all experienced in what they do and bring with them the necessary
technical and soft skills to assist the volunteers and travellers with
having the most memorable volunteer travel to
Mongolia.
The
all-volunteer board of the New Choice comprises some of the youth
organization's most respected arts, political and business leaders.
Our
executive staff come from various professional backgrounds, such as
teachers, doctors, university students and engineers. Predominately
Mongolian, with some resident expats, they appreciate that not all
foreign visitors can be dealt with as project volunteers and facilitate
expeditions to meet individual needs.
